Avocado Kimchi Toast


Elevate your every-day avocado toast by adding some Chi Kitchen Kimchi to it! Savory, crunchy, and packed with probiotics, this easy to make dish is a healthy and delicious addition to any breakfast or snack plate.


  • 2 tbs Chi Kitchen Kimchi (Napa or Vegan) juice

  • 1 cup drained Chi Kitchen Kimchi, chopped finely

  • 2 tbs mayo or plain yogurt. If vegan, use tahini

  • Pinch of kosher salt

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 4 large slices of toasted country bread

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


  1. Whisk together kimchi juice and mayo/yogurt/tahini in a small bowl. Taste and add salt if need be.

  2. Place 1/4 of avocado on pieces of toast, mash with a fork and sprinkle salt on each piece.

  3. Spoon Chi Kitchen kimchi onto the toast, and drizzle kimchi sauce over each piece. Add sesame seeds and cilantro on top. Top with salt or pepper if you’d like. Enjoy!
