Please Note: All fermented products are shipped in stand-up pouches with a specially designed vent on them that allows fermented gases to escape, but does not allow oxygen to enter. We love our products in glass jars, but jars can break while in transit and fizz or bubble over upon opening. For online shipping we feel the pouches maintain the quality of our products and eliminate some of the challenges of shipping ferments in sealed glass containers.

Delicious. This morning fried rice, fried egg, kimchi. Dinner turkey soup kimchi. It's goes with everything and is perfect.

I love the freshness. I love how when you eat it it actually has a crispness. It's really tasty and I love doing simple recipes with it. Some nice jasmine rice, scrambled eggs and fresh scallion, heat up some kimchi put it together and you've got a meal!

I just discovered Chi Kitchen kimchi - made right here in Rhode Island by a woman-owned small business! And it's the best kimchi I've tasted! I heaped it on home-made fish tacos that I made for dinner last night - yum!!

This is the best kimchi that is easy accessible on the easy coast (yes i know your grandma's kimchi is better im talking about store bought). i eat it for breakfast lunch & dinner everyday. i can easily pass on a lot of other kimchis, this one is super addictive.
